In my work with major brands – including Nike, AstraZeneca and Scandinavian Airlines – I have delivered time-critical scenarios that test senior leaders’ decision-making processes and help them prepare for high-stakes situations. I have conducted these training sessions in various locations, including Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and the USA.

I have been a Senior Police Instructor consultant with the US and Mexican International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau, where I managed and delivered the USA/Mexico Bilateral Security Agreement (known as ‘The Merida Initiative’). Focused on combating organised crime and violence, I worked closely with key stakeholders – including the US Embassy and British Consul – to facilitate meaningful change.

My background as a Detective Inspector in the Special Crime Directorate equipped me with hands-on experience in serious crime investigations, crisis negotiation and effective leadership under pressure.
