I am a UK government Customs and Excise and Immigration trainer and qualified as an Immigration Officer. I am a Course Director for International Trade. I develop middle to senior Border Force management in preparation of leaving the European Union. I deliver Counter Terrorism and Intelligence Awareness training to all operational staff, protecting UK’s ports and coastline.

Senior Training Consultant: I am a subject matter expert in Hostage Crisis Negotiation, Kidnap and Extortion and Telecommunications Intelligence. I deliver to global companies i.e. Nike, AstraZeneca and Scandinavian Airlines. I deliver time critical scenarios for companies to test its senior leaders decision making processes. I deliver these courses in Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and USA. 

I appear on Sky TV News, BBC World News and radio providing live commentary on terror attacks, major incidents. and commentary on recent racially motivated incidents in the USA.

Working full time with post 16 students, providing students with motivational and inspirational tools for personal and professional development. Focusing on soft skills, self-esteem and confidence in readiness for employment.

Senior Police Instructor (Team Leader in Mexico) – I managed and delivered the USA/Mexico Bilateral Security Agreement ‘The Merida Initiative’ which was created to combat organised crime and associated violence. I worked closely with the US Embassy, British Consul and Governor of Mexico. I facilitated the historic first visit of the British Foreign Office Minister of State to the Police Centre of Excellence in Monterrey. On my return to the UK, I was invited to the Foreign Office to meet with Rt. Honourable Hugo Swire Minister of State.

Venue Security Manager for the International Broadcasting Centre at the Olympic Park. I led an Olympic workforce of two hundred volunteers and G4S security staff. I worked alongside senior military personnel and ensured the safety for over 22,000 broadcasters.
